Gift Aid Declaration Form/Calculator

The Jallow Foundation, The Gambia, A Charity Set Up To Relieve Poverty, Help, Provide, Train, Educate, Provide Employment, Empower and Provide Essential Facilities and Equipment To Those In Need

GIFT AID IS ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE FORMS OF GIVING TO CHARITY.

If you providing a donation PLEASE complete a Gift Aid Form as it means that at present HM Revenue and Customs will give the charity

an
EXTRA 25p FOR EVERY £  that you are kind enough to donate.

However

IF YOU DO NOT PAY INCOME TAX

then PLEASE,

DO NOT COMPLETE A GIFT AID DECLARATION,

as you may end up with a bill from HM Revenue and Customs for tax that the Charity has wrongly claimed.

Please also let us know asap if you stop paying tax and/or if you change your address.

USE THE GIFT CALCULATOR BELOW TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE
YOUR DONATION CAN MAKE.

A single Gift Aid Declaration can, if you wish, apply to all donations that you have made in the past, for the previous four years, the present and in the future. It can apply to donations of any amount, made by way of cash, cheque, standing order, direct debit, debit or credit card, postal order or foreign currency. If you are thinking of doing a sponsored event then download the sponsorship form which includes space for individuals to tick if they want to gift aid their sponsorship donation. This can make a huge difference.

In addition if you are paying tax at 40/50% you can reclaim money from the tax-man by including details of your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment Form.
